Grand Prize: "One winner will be selected to receive $500 deposited into their savings account if they are enrolled in American Debt Control's Debt Settlement program. If not enrolled, a check for $100 will be sent to the winner."
 

Promotion Period: "Promotion runs from November 20, 2007 - December 20, 2007 and is limited to the first 500 people who attend a phone presentation on the benefits of a debt settlement program. A representative of the Sponsor will select the winner by random drawing on December 21, 2007. The winner will be notified by letter, email and phone call. The winner must claim the prize by contacting Sponsor within thirty days of the postmark on the letter."
 

Terms: Selection of winner shall be at the sole discretion of Sponsor and the winner shall be responsible for all taxes associated with prize.
